Patna, Dec. 10: Bihar State Electricity Board on Saturday announced a shutdown of 33KV Danapur I & II feeders, Anand Bazar power sub-station (PSS), Digha Old PSS, RBI PSS and Digha central store PSS on Monday from 11am to 3pm, board spokesperson H.R. Pandey said. reas that would be affected are Saguna More, Cantonment Area, Anand Bazar, Mubarakpur, Nargadda, AG Colony, Khagaul Road, Naya Tola, Sultanpur, Digha, Nasariganj, Bata, RBI Colony, Panchsheel Nagar, Chitrakoot Nagar, Nirala Nagar, Awasthi Ghat, Digha Ghat, Rajeev Nagar, Gurudwara Road, SK Industry Area, Trimurthi Nagar, Ramjichak, Devisthan, Brahmshakti Tola, Ahiran Tola, Takiapur (West) Vanshakti, Nariyal Ghat, Danapur Court, Office gali and others.

Patna: A Special Task Force of Bihar State Electricity Board along with local officers team on Saturday conducted a raid and caught one Bharat Lal Singh red-handed for running a mobile base transceiver station at Jumman Chowk, in Forbeganj in Araria. The team slapped a fine of Rs 11.67 lakh for electricity theft. An FIR has been lodged with Forbesganj police station.

Trader shot

Patna: A trader was shot dead at Katke Pool in Patna City on Saturday while returning from office. Meanwhile, residents blocked the Mahua-Tajpur road under Patepur police station of Saran for 48 hours to protest an alleged murder that took place on Wednesday.
