Patna: The state government on Tuesday issued letters to all Bihar cadre IAS officers to submit their assets details for 2011 to the government latest by January 31. he letter also said that even if there were no change in the assets, the officers would have to submit the detailed information. Patna: Khajpura resident Shiraj was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the disappearance of a 19-year-old girl on December 31. The girl’s father had accused his tenant, Manoj Kumar, of eloping with the girl. Shiraj is Manoj’s friend.
