Patna: Radhika Raman Prasad, a member of Bihar State Human Rights Commission and former director-general of police, died at his Hardinge Road residence in Patna on Sunday after prolonged illness. e was 68 and suffering from cancer. Prasad, a 1966 batch IPS officer, was appointed DGP in 2001 and retired in 2003.
