Residents of Patna City area have been requested to take part in the rally, which would start at 7am from Malsalami and end at Manoj Kamalia stadium near Mangal Talab area of Patna city. BCC president O.P. Sah convened a meeting on Friday to assess the preparations. Patna: Kilkari will organise a children’s play festival on the occasion of Bihar Divas.
