Patna: A high court division bench of Chief Justice Rekha M. Doshit and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah on Wednesday asked the state government and Bihar Public Service Commission to file their replies within four weeks on a petition seeking direction to the commission to hold examinations every year.he petitioner, Sanjay Kumar Verma, claimed that the practice of clubbing exams in one year deprived candidates of the opportunity of taking them.
