Patna: Strong winds accompanied by rain brought down the city temperature on Monday evening. ttributing the rain to a cyclonic circulation, Met director Animesh Chanda said the weather in major parts of Bihar and some parts of Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh were affected because of the cyclonic circulation.
