Bhagalpur/Patna: Central Reserve Police Force personnel and Maoists exchanged fire at Battiya valley in Jamui, said a source. An innocent villager was allegedly killed. All police personnel in the 15 Naxalite-hit districts will be covered under the Security Related Expenditure (SRE) scheme and an insurance cover of Rs 16.75 lakh, said director-general of police Neel Mani.
