Katihar: A bag of used cartridges and some arms material was recovered on Sunday near the railway bridge under North Eastern Frontier Railway of Katihar division has triggering panic under the area falling under Kursela police station, 45km west of the district headquarters.onfirming the recovery, superintendent of railway police of Katihar rail district Sukan Paswan said: “Prima facie, it seems that it is an old plastic bag and contains used cartridges of guns that were is use 30-40 years ago.
