Patna: The high court division bench of Justice Mihir Kumar Jha and Justice A.K. Trivedi on Tuesday transferred the Lakshmanpur Bathe massacre case to another bench. Patna: The high court division bench of Justice Shiva Kirti Singh and Justice Shivaji Pandey on Tuesday disposed of an appeal of Sri Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir saying the petition is premature as the appeal is pending before the district magistrate. Patna: Several Bihar leaders have demanded that the highest civilian award, Bharat Ratna, be given to Verghese Kurien, who brought about the milk revolution in India. Kurien died on Sunday, aged 90.
