Patna: Bihar Health Services Association on Wednesday demanded the transfer of Nalanda district magistrate Sanjay Agarwal and suspension of Biharsharif sadar sub-divisional officer Amresh Kumar Amar, who allegedly misbehaved with Nalanda civil surgeon Dr Jawahar Khan last week.
