Patna: Special vigilance judge Om Prakash Sinha on Friday ordered the Patna district magistrate to confiscate the alleged disproportionate assets of former sale-tax assistant commissioner of Sahabad circle (Ara), Anil Kumar and his seven family members within a month.umar has allegedly accumulated disproportionate assets worth Rs 35 lakh in his and his family members’ name between 1980 and May 31, 2007. Kumar was caught in 2007 while allegedly accepting Rs 25,000 as bribe.Patna: Police on Friday said that Manoj Kumar Verma confessed to having killed his wife and son on Thursday at his Railway Colony residence.
