Modi, PC talk on tax

Patna, Oct. 25: Deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi today met Union finance minister P. Chidambaram in New Delhi and discussed progress made for implementing goods and services tax (GST). hidambaram had invited Modi to discuss the amendment bill on GST. Modi termed his meeting as satisfactory.

Patna: Bihar State Electricity Board on Thursday posted 314 newly recruited assistants and junior electrical engineers. New general managers-cum-chief engineers in Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur and Darbhanga were also appointed.
