Patna, Aug. 27: Pro-vice-chancellors of LN Mithila University (LNMU), Darbhanga and TM Bhagalpur University (TMBU) have been transferred. Kumaresh Prasad, the LNMU pro-VC would be the new TMBU pro-VC, whereas TMBU pro-VC Dhruv Kumar will take the same position in Mithila University, a Raj Bhavan notification said. Patna: Additional district and sessions judge Basistha Narayan Singh on Saturday awarded life terms to Birendra Bind (40) and Chhotan Bind (65), both residents of Veer village under Dhanarua police station in Patna, in connection with a murder case. Patna: The vigilance investigation bureau has clarified that there was no delay in proceeding the matter related to grant of prosecution against Ravindra Kumar, former district statistical officer of Saharsa, at the chief minister’s secretariat level.
