Patna: A high court division bench on Thursday directed the state government to pay compensation at market rate to villagers whose lands had been acquired for constructing a 4km road between Bariya and Kalichak. he road was to be built under Pradhan Mantri Grameen Sadak Yojana. The court passed the direction on an appeal filed by National Project Construction Company.
