Patna: Vigilance sleuths on Tuesday arrested Shiv Shanker Singh, head clerk of land ceiling office at Bihiya in Bhojpur district, while he was accepting Rs 30,000 as bribe from one Gopal Prasad. ingh had demanded bribe for favouring Prasad in a long pending case.
