Six girls rescued
Bagaha: Police rescued six girls, aged between 16 and 20, at a place between Madanpur and Palkhar from being allegedly traf¬ficked to Saudi Arabia on Sunday, superintendent of police Pushkar Anand said. One Dilip Choud¬hary was arrested for try¬ing to take away the girls.

Patna: Sashastra Seema Bal Wives’ Welfare Association started a threemonth beauticiantraining course on Sun¬day. Association presi¬dent Praneeta Jha inau¬gurated the course.
With an aim to generate a sense of accomplishment and development managerial skills among the life partners of Sashastra Seem Bal (SSB) personnel, the SSB wives welfare association has organised a threemonth beautician training course. Association president Praneeta Jha inaugurated the training programme on Sunday in the presence of other office bearers of the association, a SSB press note said. Patna: Auto Rickshaw Chalak Sangh on Sunday decided to extend support to the twoday allIndia strike of trade unions from February 20. The union decided that no autorickshaw would ply on the roads during the strike.
