Bhagalpur: Eastern Bihar Industries Association has decided to approach chief minister Nitish Kumar to complain against the decision of Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Ltd to withdraw tariff granted to industries. Association president Mukutdhari Agarwala on Sunday said the move would discourage investors.

Golden jubilee

Patna: Cine Society and Patliputra Films and Television Academy will celebrate 50th anniversary of Bhojpuri Cinema on February 22. The first Bhojpuri film — Ganga Maiya Tohe Piyari Chadhaibo — would be screened.

Theatre fest

Patna: Indian Council for Cultural Relations will organise a theatre festival in March in which people from Mushahar community will stage a play, Dina Bhadri.
