Medical colleges report

Patna: A high court division bench comprising Justice Navin Sinha and Justice Shivaji Pandey on Wednesday directed the government to file a status report giving details about removal of encroachment from premises of six government medical colleges. he court’s order came following a PIL filed by one Vikash Chandra Guddu Baba seeking direction to remove squatters near the medical colleges.

HC order

Patna: A high court division bench on Wednesday directed the vigilance department to file the progress report within four weeks regarding allegations of misappropriation of funds of Rs 7 crore on purchase of medicines, chemicals and equipment at Patna Medical College and Hospital in 2009-10.
