Patna, June 1: A girl was found hanging at a private hostel in Vivekananda Marg today. he deceased, Chandra Prabha Mishra (22), was a resident of Gopalganj and staying at the hostel for the past three months. Her body was sent for post-mortem. Patna: Two youths — Raju Kumar and Amar Kumar — were killed in a police shootout in Mokama late on Friday. Four country-made pistols, two revolvers, 60 live cartridges, an SUV and a pair of handcuffs were recovered from the site. Patna: Patna sub-divisional judicial magistrate Upendra Kumar on Saturday remanded Anmol Ratan Srivastava, a resident of Patna City, and Akhilesh Prasad Gupta, a resident of Muzaffarpur, in Beur Central Jail till June 15 in connection with a case related to supply of fake stamps worth Rs 17.68 lakh.
