Training centre

Patna: Union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde would lay the foundation stone of a recruitment training centre for Sashastra Seema Bal at Asanpur village in Supaul district on Tuesday. hinde would also lay the foundation of Indo-Nepal border road during his visit to the state.

Bail grant

Siwan: District chief judicial magistrate Subhash Prasad on Monday granted bail to former RJD MP Mohammed Shahabuddin in connection with a case lodged with Siwan Mufassil police station. The police conducted a raid in Siwan jail on June 1 and had recovered a cellphone and three SIM cards from the ward of Shahabuddin. Jail superintendent Jai Shankar Prasad had lodged an FIR in this connection.
