Patna: A high court division Justice Navin Sinha and Justice Shailesh Kumar Sinha on Friday directed the urban development department to strictly adhere to its previous orders passed in connection with the hearing of a PIL on illegal mushrooming of high rise buildings in the city. he government would also file its reply as how it intends to implement its orders. The bench also made it clear that police would not harass those firms and people who are carrying out constructions as per the prescribed law. The bench directed the state government to constitute more teams, apart from existing six, to carry out survey of the apartments of the capital.
