Patna: Information and public relation department secretary Pratyaya Amrit on Monday said Bihar Rajya Patrakar Bima Yojana would be implemented in the state from February 20 and journalists have to submit application forms to claim the benefits of the insurance scheme. ratyaya said under the scheme the journalists would have to pay 20 per cent of premium amount while the remaining 80 per cent would be given by the government.
