Patna, June 30: Special vigilance judge Danpal Singh on Monday sentenced former executive engineer Ram Kishore Pandey, former assistant engineer Jinda Lal Mahto, former junior engineer Sudheshwar Prasad and Ram Lakshman Prasad of electricity department (Jamui) to three years of rigorous imprisonment for demanding bribe from consumers for giving electric connection. he vigilance department had lodged an FIR against them in 2001. Patna: A division bench of high court on Monday asked the state government as to when the khatals will be removed from the densely populated and residential areas of the city.
