I am a girl
A mother’s tear,
a father’s life,
A family’s pride, a friend's whim.
I am all I can and
you can’t be, My
inner-self is what
no one can see.
I would be a mother,
I am a child, I am
a sister, I would
be a wife.
All is in me and
I am all,
I am the rise, I am
the fall. In someone’s heart, In
someone’s eyes, In someone’s
question, in
someone’s life. I am
gentle, I am tough.
Sometimes a darling, sometimes rough.
I flow through tears, I am the smile sweetest.
I am someone’s strength, I am the one who is the weakest.
I care and I forget. I hate and I melt.
Yes I am a girl. I
know my limits and
I am carefree.
I live every second and
I die every minute,
I am the
unsolved mystery.
I live in the world which in turn lives in me.
I am who’s your
beginning and I am
who’s your end.
