Two cars try out the brightly lit up Exhibition Road flyover on the eve of its inauguration on Saturday. Chief minister Nitish Kumar, accompanied by his deputy Tejaswi, will do the honours on Sunday afternoon.

The 800m flyover is actually an extension of the Chiraiyatand railway overbridge (ROB) up to Ram Goolam Chowk towards south Gandhi Maidan.

One-way rules would allow cars to take the flyover from south Gandhi Maidan to Chiraiyatand railway overbridge. Vehicles from the Kankerbagh end would use Exhibition Road beneath after getting from the western flank of Chiraiyatand bridge to reach Gandhi Maidan. Parking would be allowed for around 250 vehicles below.
