The University Grants Commission (UGC) has selected Magadh University chemistry professor Ranjit Verma of Gaya as the national co-ordinator for writing a paper on chemistry under its “e-PG-Pathshala” project.

The ministry of human resource development, under National Mission on Education through information and communication technologies, has sanctioned UGC a project for production of e-content in 77 subjects at the postgraduate level. The e-content and its quality are going to be key components of education system in India in the future.
