Patna, June 26: Bihar Public School and Children Welfare Association felicitated the school toppers of Classes X and XII on Taramandal premises today.

Around 200 children from various schools were honoured for their extraordinary performance in the board examinations. The Class XII school toppers included all those from science, arts and commerce streams.

Chairman of the association D.K. Singh said: “I received a call today morning threatening me not to organise the event. An FIR has been lodged at Rupaspur police station.”

BJP MLA Arun Kumar Sinha, deputy chairmen of the association Sanjay Sahay, S.M. Sohail and B. Priyam, MLC Ganga Prasad were among the many, who were present at the event.
