RJD chief Lalu Prasad enters a hospital in Mumbai, where he has been kept under observation. A spokesperson of the hospital said: “There is nothing to panic. Lalu is under observation of cardiac surgeon Dr Ramakanta Panda, who had operated upon former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh earlier.” The official said Lalu would undergo tests before it is decided whether he needs a surgery or not. Lalu’s wife Rabri Devi, eldest daughter Misa Bharti and son-in-law Shailesh Kumar accompanied him to the hospital. Last year, Lalu was admitted to AIIMS-Delhi with complaints of cardiac disorder.
