Firm push to mission

The government registered Patna Smart City Limited, under the Companies Act, 2013, to execute the smart city mission. Patna commissioner Anand Kishor, who will be the chairman, said the authorised capital of the company will be Rs 400 crore and the paid-up capital will be Rs 10 lakh.

Patna: The government registered Patna Smart City Limited, under the Companies Act, 2013, to execute the smart city mission. Patna commissioner Anand Kishor, who will be the chairman, said the authorised capital of the company will be Rs 400 crore and the paid-up capital will be Rs 10 lakh.

Company secretary Ajay Kumar presented a registration certificate to Kishor. The firm will have a four-member board of directors. Town commissioner Abhishek Singh will be the managing director and deputy secretary, urban development, KD Prajwal and deputy secretary, finance, will be directors.
