A joint team of the Bihar police and the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) takes part in a training programme on the BMP grounds in Patna on Monday. Additional director-general, Bihar Military Police, AK Upadhyay and inspector-general (training) Amit Kumar gave away certificates to 100 personnel after completion of the three-week training on Monday. Deputy inspector-general, ITBP, AK Chhari and assistant commandant, ITBP, Rajiv Kumar were also present at the concluding ceremony of the programme.
