| Artistes perform at the inauguration of a trade fair in Birganj, Nepal, on Thursday. The 10-day Nepal-India trade fair started at the City Stadium in Birganj town, bordering Raxaul. India’s ambassador to Nepal Ranjeet Roy inaugurated it. The chairperson of the trade commerce association in Nepal, Suraj Vaidya, was present as special invitee. Representatives from various industrial houses dealing in electronic equipment, medicines, cosmetics, clothes and agriculture participated. Ambassador Roy assured co-operation for better trade ties between the two countries. Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, which had participated in the fair last year, stayed away this time.
