Patna, Aug. 25: The bench of Justice Navaniti Prasad Singh today directed state human resource development department’s principal secretary, superintendent of police (vigilance) and the vice-chancellors of all universities to produce the criteria for granting constituent status to colleges in the state. The court issued the order while hearing a petition seeking constituent status to Sanjay Gandhi Smarak Mahila College, Sheikhpura.

Jehanabad district agriculture officer Ramgopal Pandey was caught while accepting Rs 15,000 as bribe, said a senior vigilance officer.
