Darbhanga: Arunachal Pradesh police and their Laheriasarai counterparts arrested three men from Maulaganj in Darbhanga on Monday for allegedly uploading obscene pictures of a girl from the northeastern state on social media.

Police took action after the girl's mother lodged an FIR with Nahalgunu police station in Papuam district of Arunachal Pradesh. Prime accused Jitendra Sahni was arrested in another case and sent to jail.

Nahalgunu police station assistant sub-inspector Sushant S. Jha said Jitendra Sahni, Rajendra Sahni, Raju Sahni and Vijay Sahni were at their relative's place in Arunanchal Pradesh for work when Jitendra developed an intimate relationship with the relative's daughter and secretly shot videos of their private moments.

The police said the father of Jitendra and Tunnu Sahni runs a small tea shop in Arunanchal Pradesh.
