London, Jan. 28 (PTI): Pakistan House, the official residence of the Pakistan high commissioner in London is now on sale and three parties have shown interest to buy the £5.5 million property.

According to sources, a number of estate agents including Foxtons are looking for a “good” buyer for the exceptionally spacious property located at Millionaires Row in the most expensive area of Hampstead.

The eight-bedroomed, luxurious mansion is arranged over three floors to provide a wealth of versatile living accommodation and further boasts a fabulous rear garden and patio and secure entrance to a drive-way.

This freehold property was bought by a former Pakistani high commissioner Mian Riaz Sami during the Nawaz Sharif regime after selling the house at 56 Avenue Road in the Swiss Cottage area.

According to Pakistan envoy Abdul Kader Jaffer: “Though the house is precious, it is too inconvenient to continue living in it.”
