China's foreign ministry has noticed "positive action" from India to cut red tape to speed business visas for Chinese professionals, a ministry spokesperson told a regular daily conference on Friday.
Calling the move "in the interests of both parties", the spokesperson Guo Jiakun said China is willing to maintain cooperation and communication with India to improve ties.
