Classical keys A recipient of the 2006 Philippines Presidential Award, Adolovni Acosta of the Philippines is a classical pianist of international renown. She has performed in 41 cities in 25 countries in Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific, and at many other prestigious venues including a performance at The White House for former US first lady Rosalyn Carter and at Malacañan Palace in Manila for the Philippines President Gloria M. Arroyo and former President Fidel Ramos. Her recordings and performances, often with live interviews, have been broadcast on radio and television in countries around the world. This evening, she presents a classical piano recital Poetry on the Piano — A Chopin Recital, where she will play selected compositions of Chopin.
