The Sikkim government has set up a temporary medical camp for the residents of the portion of Rangpo that falls in Bengal because these people are not being allowed to enter Sikkim in view of the coronavirus-induced lockdown.

Raj Kumar Yadav, the deputy commissioner of East Sikkim, said the camp would provide free medical check-up, but the patients would have to pay for the medicines.
