When Lucknow Super Giants meet Rajasthan Royals in the evening match on Sunday, there’s every chance of the game turning into a clash of batters.

Both the teams have played good cricket so far. While Lucknow have hit a hat-trick of wins after losing their opening match, the Royals won two games before losing their last encounter against RCB.

With captain KL Rahul, Quinton de Kock, Evin Lewis and Deepak Hooda forming their top four, Lucknow do not have to worry for runs. And there’s further back-up in Jason Holder, Krunal Pandya and the very impressive Ayush Badoni.

The Royals too look good with the likes of an in-form Jos Buttler, captain Sanju Samson, Devdutt Padikkal and the dangerous Shimron Hetmyer giving them assurance. The Royals though do not have the batting depth of Lucknow and that might prove to be crucial.

On the bowling front, Lucknow will once again look to youngsters Avesh Khan and Ravi Bishnoi. The Royals, on the other hand, have Trent Boult, Prasidh Krishna and Yuzvendra Chahal to pose a challenge to Lucknow.
