What can be special about a refrigerator? Samsung thinks a lot of meaningful technology can be packed into it, which is the case with its premium Side-by-Side range for 2023. Further, the new range is 100 per cent manufactured in India and comes with several India-specific features.

Some people prefer side-by-side models because of its versatility with numerous storage options. You can store more in the freezer and find all of your most-used ingredients at eye level. There is increased door storage, which means finding space for tall bottles of condiments, beverages and other items.

This time, there is a detachable Curd Maestro+ that users can remove according to their convenience.

Besides all this, Samsung presents its BESPOKE Glass Finish (Glam Deep Charcoal, Clean White, Clean Navy and Clean Pink) to up the glam quotient and IoT-enbled FamilyHub 7.0 to offer unlimited entertainment and a connected-living experience. Needless to say, there is access to recipe suggestions based on what’s stored in the fridge, reminders for food expiry and so on.

More importantly, the new line-up’s AI Energy Saving Mode works on Wi-Fi based machine learning that optimises the fridge and freezer temperatures to enable up to 10 per cent energy savings. Plus, the new range also has a 20-year warranty on the Digital Inverter Motor compressor.
