Handloom exhibition

NEDFi Haat will host a 12-day Northeast handloom and handicraft fair from August 1 to 12. The fair will showcase the work of local talents of the region. Altogether 35 units of the region will participate in the fair with varied products of textiles, cane and bamboo. J.P. Saikia, chairman and managing director, NEDFi, will inaugurate the fair on August 1 at 11 am.

NCC exam

The NCC “B” certificate examination will be held at South Point School, Guwahati, on Wednesday at 8 am.

Lecture

K.V. Kamath, managing director and chief executive of the ICICI bank, will deliver the foundation lecture of the Assam Institute of Management at the Institution of Engineers (India) building, Panbazar, Guwahati, on Tuesday.
