If you loved the 2020 web series Taqdeer, you need to check out Hoichoi’s newest outing, Karagar. Syed Ahmed Shawki of Taqdeer fame has returned to the web space with Chanchal Chowdhury and this time around, they have served up a dramatic mystery.

In Karagar, Chowdhury plays a nameless prisoner who shows up in a prison cell in Akashnagar Central Jail, that has been empty for over 50 years. The prisoner, seemingly mute, claims to have been confined for 250 years. Moreover, he also claims he is the killer of Mir Jafar, the former commander of the Bengali army under Siraj-ud-Daulah, who was also a traitor. Is he a madman or a superhuman? You’ll need to tune in to find out!
