Everyone is eagerly waiting for Srijit Mukherji’s new directorial project — Padatik, which is a series based on the life of maestro Mrinal Sen. On Mrinal Sen’s 99th birthday, Mukherji announced this series, on Instagram, which is going to be a fictionalised biography on Sen. The photos of the director on set shows him in a red T-shirt and jacket, sporting an intense grey beard. He also wears a muffler that seems to have the classic Gryffindor colours of red and yellow. Mukherji is captured in some candid moments talking to his crew and giving instructions to his team. We can’t wait to see what he creates for his audience!
