Rupam Islam’s newest single ‘Karon Aamra Aakashe’
The latest single by the Fossil frontman is all about love in the most innovative lyrics possible!

Bengali rock band Fossils’s frontman and rockstar Rupam Islam, known for memorable numbers like Hasnuhana and Ei Ekla Ghor, is here with his latest single Karon Aamra Aakashe. The lyrics of this foot-tapping number have been penned by Rupam himself and the song is composed by Rupam, Neel Adhikari and Allan Ao. Set to the guitar, both electric and acoustic, it also features strong back-up vocals by Neel, Allan and Ujjaini Mukherjee. Since its release on November 12, the number has garnered more than 10,000 views on SVF Music’s YouTube channel with appreciative comments from fans.
Rupam Islam also shared the lyrics of the song on his Facebook page on the day of release. Karon Aamra Aakashe is reminiscent of adolescent mishti prem and college festivals, and weaves classic Rupam Islam magic.
