Miss listening to the crooning of a live band? Well, Trincas has made sure you don’t have to let go of this experience. Willie Walter’s Jazz Quartet plays slow jazz, vocal jazz, jazz pop from 1 to 3pm, Friday through Sunday to give you a memorable dining experience. Dig into Trincas’s classic menu that serves up dishes like prawn cocktail, lobster thermidor, chicken a la Kiev and caramel custard as you groove to the tunes of the band who play. The band performs on Trincas’s iconic stage reprising tunes by Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Dizzy Gillespie, Duke Ellington among others. So dig in, croon with the singers and don’t forget to order a glass of your favourite wine or try the pina colada.
