Planning a house party this weekend and looking for a unique dessert?
Try out the tart baklavas by Dunkel Braun that promise a joyride of flavours and a perfect sweet ending. Assorted exotic nuts like cashew, pistachio, and walnut in a layer of crispy phyllo with milk cake and honey, the tart baklavas priced at Rs. 250 per box are perfect not just for parties but all those midnight or late afternoon cravings. These Turkish delights are available in both Sarat Bose Road and Salt Lake outlets, as well as online. While you are at it, don’t forget to order the pyramid and rolled baklavas too!
An 84-seater cafe-cum-bakery, Dunkel Braun is a live bakery that fills up the senses with rich aroma right from the doorstep. The space comes with a 12ft by 12ft working studio-cum-private space for meetings and a wide assortment of cakes, cookies, brioches and chocolates. If you are looking for something savoury, dig into the burgers, wraps, pastas while also taking a bite of baked veg biryani (yes you read it right!).
