Planning a summer of BBQs parties? Bookmark Smokedfoods, the newest BBQ brand in town that is lining up quite a spread with their gourmet burgers and hearty, in-between breads. “We are planning to expand our menu. We started out with eight items, a few burgers and sandwiches. We’re planning to launch new items every week. We’re also working on a meals range and a dessert and bread range. We’re also going to include smoked meats in the near future, like briskets, ribs or steaks etc,” says Ravdeep Singh, the owner.
Our recommendations? The Bengal Beet (featuring a beetroot chop patty with a Kasundi mayo and saunt chutney-inspired sauce along with smoked Bandel cheese, served in a Kasundi brioche) and The Seoul (Korean fried chicken + spicy red sauce + charcoal brioche bun).
