What would you say to a space that has play, fun and learning all in one for your kids? We’d say yes for sure. Bringing in this all-in-one fun is House of Pepe, a newly-launched kids zone on Hungerford Street. Spread across two levels, the property spans an area of over 14,000 sqft. Salon and spa, hydrotherapy, manicure, pedicure, nail art, theatre, obstacle course, MMA gym, shower, sauna and play zone for toddlers along with a cafe with ample seating are what sum up the services of House of Pepe.

The moment you enter the property, you are greeted by the LED logo that also has a swing, which makes for a cute photo-op for your kid. The first level has the salon, grooming and theatre zone, whereas the rest are situated on the second level. The property has a frog as its mascot, and the ‘hop’ of a frog is also the acronym for the name House of Pepe!

Hydrotherapy Zone: Packing in two big jacuzzis is this special service room that’s one of a kind in the city. Services include a massage followed by around 20 minutes of water therapy in the jacuzzi that can be availed by kids as young as three months old. It’s basically a spa for kids.

The Obstacle Arena: For your outdoorsy and sporty kid, the obstacle arena is the perfect space. Let them soak in the fun of guided rock climbing with three different difficulty levels, or try out some new exercises at the MMA-style gym for kids. There is also a membership scheme in place for kids, as well as a shower and sauna facility for them to change for gym or a party.

The Theatre: Planning your kid’s birthday party? Surprise them with an exclusive screening with their best buds at this theatre on the first level, that will play the movie of their choice. You can also avail packages that have a combination of drinks and popcorn.

The Cafe: The mezzanine level houses the cafe where you and your kids can avail a range of veg and egg dishes, along with drinks. This zone also has board games that waiting parents can indulge in. It’s also a good spot to chill at while you wait for your kids to get done. A perfect chill spot for play dates.

The Banquet: The second level has a huge open space with service carts on the side. This zone is the banquet space and can accommodate around 125 adults and kids for parties. The service carts are mobile and can be easily manned for buffets. The area is sunlit and that adds to the vibrant nature of the space.

Play Zone: A perfect space for your toddlers and young kids, this colourful zone has a combination of play features such as slides, ball pool, harnessed walking bridge, among others. The combination of pop and pastel colours add to the vibe of the space. This zone is manned by guides to ensure safety of kids.

The Zip line: Why go to an adventure park when the adventure is right here? Get your kids the perfect experience of safe zip-lining at their indoor zip line.

“There are a number of schools within a 2km radius of House of Pepe and we wanted to give an expansive play zone to kids in the heart of the city. In fact, not just kids, we want to cater to moms as well, by holding exercise and wellness sessions so that they too can make the most of their time, whether they come to drop their kids to nearby schools, or visit us for playtime for their kids. ‘Pepe’ is a Spanish word that means children and that’s what our target audience and focus is. We also have a toy/gift shop for kids. We’ve been planning this right before the pandemic hit, and are extremely glad to see it manifest now,” said husband-wife duo Ankush and Rachana Agarwala that have been in the construction, transformer manufacturing and poker industry.
