Think bacon fat sealed in a bottle ready for you to fry some potatoes in or bacon thechas (Maharashtrian spice mix of oil and chilli) in various spice levels. Started off as a research project by Aditya Rai and Advaith Inamke, Bacon Stout Marmalade and Bacon Bourbon Relish have to be our favourite from the list.
