Auto injures pedestrian
A pedestrian was hit by an autorickshaw on Rashbehari Avenue, in front of Deshapriya Park, on Sunday morning, police said. Shankar Basu, 56, a resident of Kulpi in South 24-Parganas, is being treated at SSKM Hospital for multiple injuries. The autorickshaw that allegedly hit Basu could not be identified till late on Sunday evening, the police said.
