Cyclonic circulation over Bay of Bengal triggers rain in Kolkata

Kolkata Traffic Police have posted a list of programmes that might affect the city traffic on Tuesday (5.9.2023)

• 5.30pm: Procession from in front of MLA Hostel on Kyd Street and after moving along Chowringhee lane, Sudder street, Tottee Lane, Marquis street, Mirza Ghalib Street, Ripon street and Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road and it will terminate at the crossing of Collin Street and Collin Lane

• 8pm: Procession from 3, Sealdah Road and move along Maharani Swarnamoyee Road - Canal West Road - Gas Street - Upper Circular Road and return back to point of origin
